The definition of the safety assessment / Justification of Safety (JoS)
According to TR TS 032 and TR TS 010: a document that contains the risk analysis, as well as details about the design, operation and technical documentation about the minimum safety measures of the equipment in all phases of the life cycle and supplemented by information about the results of the risk assessment during the operating phase after a general overhaul. According to point 7 § 4 of TR TS 010 from 2011, the safety assessment / Justification of Safety (JoS) must be co-designed during the project planning of the system. The original of the document remains with the planning office / manufacturer and one copy is made available to the manufacturer and the operator.
It is not that hard
what it sounds like. Because the requirements for the content of the safety assessment / Justification of Safety (JoS) are regulated in GOST R 54122-2010 "Safety of machines and systems" and are purely of an advisory nature. So you can use your existing risk assessment as a basis. You can also include or refer to your operating instructions.
